Live Online Personal Training

Our training is for everyone regardless of age or gender. All you need is a fitness/yoga mattress plus a smart phone, tablet, personal computer or laptop connected to the internet. Our trainings are structured so that you do not need free weights or other props. You will train exclusively utilizing your own body weight. Highly effective, targeted exercises will provide superior results during your training.  We will give you clear instructions and coach you throughout your training program to be sure that you maintain correct form and proper technique.

 

We will also help you learn how to maintain strength and flexibility in your back and your knees, which for some people can increase quality of life. Finally, We will teach you breathing techniques to help you through your busy and stressful life. Our training is very easy to manage via video call or web conference. The software/app for connecting live to our classes is free and compatible with all internet-connected devices, even with low bandwidth.

We will answer any additional questions you have once you contact us.


You will be able to see us and vice versa. This way, you will receive clear instructions and be corrected by your coach when necessary. And of course we will be cheering you on as you go. Many people suffer from a lack of energy after their lunch break. We get tired and our energy levels crash, which can lead to decreased concentration, productivity, and creativity.

 

Our “micro-break” workouts will reboot and reinvigorate your daily work routine. It only takes seven minutes and it’s very effective. These short workouts can be done solo or with a group of colleagues from your office or from your telecommute site. Geography is not a problem. Any class configuration is possible. Freshen up your daily work routine.
